Getting a referral

In order to use the Foodbank, it is important to get a referral. You can be referred to us in the following ways:

Please contact Citizens Advice and they will be able to refer you to us. They may also be able to offer advice regarding concerns such as debt, low incomes, benefits and employment rights

Please call The Hub on (01993) 861077 and they will forward a your referral to us

All the GPs surgeries in Carterton (including the Bampton and Burford Surgeries) are able to refer to us. Please call your surgery’s reception to request a referral

All the schools in Carterton (and Burford School) are able to refer families to us. If your children are of school age, please contact your children’s school reception or pastoral lead to obtain a referral

We accept referrals from all the local churches in Carterton, Brize Norton and Black Bourton. Please speak to your church leaders for a referral
